One pilot,
then days
a month.

For businesses of about 50 staff or more, groups, and multinationals’ plants and offices. Start with one process in one team, measure it, then decide how much more you want.

Quoted after the call · Built in your own systems

How it works

Every engagement starts with a pilot. After it, you pick a number of days a month, or you stop there.

The pilot

4 to 6 weeks

One team, one process, a fixed price agreed after a discovery call, measured before and after.

  1. Week 1Discovery and capacity audit: sit with the team, map where the hours go, agree the measure
  2. Weeks 2 to 4Build in your tenant, tested on real cases with the people who do the work
  3. Week 5Live for one team, with daily checks
  4. Week 6Before-and-after report, handover, and what next

You keep the working system and the report either way. The report can recommend stopping.

Advisory

2 days a month

A roadmap, vendor and model choices, and review of what your own team builds.

Build

6 to 8 days a month

Mavraq owns a backlog of automations and agents for one or two teams, and ships something every month.

Embedded

12 or more days a month

Effectively a part-time head of AI for one business unit, working inside your tools and meetings.

Monthly, with thirty days’ notice either way. The day rate is set out in the pilot proposal.

What the hours are worth

Every quote says how many hours a week the build takes off your team, and what that is in someone’s time: for example, “about 6 hours a week, nearly a day of reception time”.

What you do with it is your decision. The usual options:

  • Get cover without hiring.
  • Cut locum, temp and overtime costs.
  • Give the owner their evenings back.
  • Don’t replace a leaver straight away.

Decisions about staff stay with you.

Built once, not rented

A receptionist subscription that books appointments and uses your calendar costs about €400 to €600 a month in Ireland and the UK, and stops when you stop paying. A Mavraq receptionist is €1,800, built once, in your own ElevenLabs, Twilio and n8n accounts.

Running costs
Paid to the providers directly: about €70 to €110 a month for a receptionist, €10 to €35 for text-back. Mavraq doesn't resell minutes at a markup.
Year one
Even with three months of the support plan, year one costs less than the subscription. After that the plan is optional and you pay only the providers.
If you leave
Everything keeps working.
Included
A written scope, testing on your real calls before launch, documentation and a training session for your team.
Support plan
Monitoring, fixes and small changes, at about 10% of the build price a month (€180 for the receptionist). Required for the first three months, then month to month on 30 days' notice.

AI receptionist, year one

€400 is the low end of subscriptions that book appointments and use your calendar. Provider costs are list prices and vary with call volume.

How the prices work

  • The quote is the priceEvery build gets a written scope with one number, fixed for 30 days. This page tells you what to expect before you ask.
  • Priced to your scopeEach build is made for your business, so the price comes from what it has to do. To bring the number down, something comes out of the scope, and the quote says what.
  • Bigger jobs are quotedBetween about ten and 50 staff, several locations, custom integrations or unusual rules: a custom build, at one fixed price agreed after a call. The quote includes a capacity audit: the hours each process takes, what the build takes over, in roles and euros. From about 50 staff, groups and multinationals start with a pilot.
  • Not includedThe provider accounts you pay directly, and any tool a service needs that you don't already have, such as WhatsApp message fees. The quote lists them.
  • Reviewed regularlyPrices last reviewed October 2026. A quote you already hold keeps its price.
